Cancellation policy.
I understand that clients will have to cancel at various times throughout the year. It is expected that clients provide as much notice as possible about the need to cancel/reschedule a lesson. I am happy to try and provide make-up lessons at alternative times to the best of my ability.
In the case of a client cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson, the client will be expected to pay half of the lesson price.
In the case of a client cancellation with no notice (i.e., if the teacher travels to the client’s home, and they are absent/unable to have a lesson and did not provide notice), the client will be expected to pay the full lesson price.
Scheduling/payments.
I will do my best to provide a weekly lesson time that fits into your schedule. While I can make exceptions for certain cases, a weekly lesson at a predetermined time provides the best balance of regular reinforcement/practice and scheduling ease.
Payment is per lesson. Cash, check, or payment apps (Venmo, PayPal, etc.) are accepted.
